Team Building And Corporate Leadership

When people work on team projects, each participant will interpret the situation from their own point of view. Problems can arise when there are differences as to how the task should be accomplished. As humans, we usually resort to the right vs. wrong paradigm when the differences present themselves and the conflicts begin.

Breakthrough workshops and partner development programs address areas that affect employees. Through various contextual exercises, role playing, engaging in active win/win conversations, and creating team agreements, these differences can actually become part of the solution. Managers and supervisors have noticed a heightened awareness of being more effective with empoyees after working with Mary, which influenced employee retention, job satisfaction and communication. The ability to separate work from home was also a noted benefit.Private clients report that the use of these tool increases self awareness of their own thinking patterns which they can now begin to effectively manage. The result is increased self empowerment which helps to create a life that works.

Areas of Focus

Breakthrough Coaching is really about managing our thoughts. The tools that you can learn from seminars and workshops are thus appropriate for a wide variety of issues. Among the most common areas that clients are guided through during Breakthrough sessions are:

Feelings of overwhelm and stress

Interpersonal Relationships

Self worth

Situational depression

Procrastination

Communication

Indecisiveness

Learning to live in the moment rather than in the past or future

Beliefs about commitment and failure

A Coaches Creative Joy

One of the ways in which Mary keeps herself aligned with the principles she promotes is to volunteer ten percent of her time to coaching low income clients. She also has a personal commitment to doing at least three things a week that she has never done before. The personal experience from these actions helps to maintain an open mind and facilitate a reality of unlimited possibilities. "We live in a world of abundance. This is most evident when we share the things we love to do, and gain insights from things we know little about."
